TREATMENT FOR THE SERVICES OF GUARANTEE
The Division of Technology will offer Guarantee’s Services in their workshops. In the case of TV's more than 25 inches, refrigerators, washing machines and stoves with oven will be provided at the customer's address.

  • Products Care Guarantee in the city or township where is place the workshop of the Division of Technology.
Services Guarantees shall be made in any of the authorized repairers as telephones and addresses registered in the Certificate of Guarantee.
  • Products Care Guarantee where there are no workshops of the Technology Division.
The workshop will coordinate with the establishment the way they provide care for the Guarantees, which can define one or more dates (at most every 10 working days) and places of care depending on the ability of Technical Services teams and needs in the area.
The dates and Guarantees reception places must be by written, with fully accessibility of the clerk and the establishment and be aware, for advising the client orally and in writing in the Certificate of Guarantee.

The customer can:
  • Go in person to authorized repairers which are reflected in the Certificate of Guarantee, to make the report of Application Service Guarantee or carrying equipment.

  • Go in person on the date and place of care guarantees suggested by the clerk at the time of sale to make the report or to bring the equipment.

  • Go in person at any time within the warranty period, at which guarantees attention suggested by clerk at the time of sale to the make the report.

TREATMENT TO FOLLOW WHEN THE EQUIPMENT DOESN’T HAVE REPARATION
The workshops of the Division of Technology issued Proof Replenishment when the equipment has no repair and customer shall exercise the right of replacement in a period not exceeding 45 days.

With this document replacement, the Certificate of Ownership and Guarantee Certificate, the customer will be presented at the store where purchased the item, with the right to replace the equipment.

The manager or Commercial of the store is the duty of:
  • Verify that the Proof Replenishment is correct, who is filling in all its parts, with its two signatures and stamp, original and copy; colored white and pink respectively, which will verify their validity and the customer's identity.

  • Require the customer Proof of payment of the Fund Registrar, Certificate of Ownership and Guarantee original certificate issued by the store and that its data coincide with the Proof of Replenishment.

  • Deliver to the client (from its own inventory) an item with same reference.

  • In the case of not having the same model in stock, you will be given the following options to the client:

    1. The return of the price paid and recovery from the sale of a similar piece automatically equipment.
    2. Return of the price paid this as a last resort.

  • For the new item delivered, clerk shall deliver a new Certificate of Ownership and Guarantee Certificate, which covers the remaining guarantee time for the new item in question, considering for it the date of Proof Replenishment issued by the workshop, reflecting in both: changed by guarantee.
