  • Delivery Policy.

    Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach the final order recipient from the date it is shipped from our store.

    The distribution of the sales made in the site www.carlostercero.ca will be restricted to the national territory under the terms and decided conditions.

    The delivery will be granted to the client, once the request is received in the following delivery times:

    To Havana City: 2 to 5 bussines days.
    Rest of Western provinces: 7 to 10 bussines days.
    Central provices: 8 to 10 bussines days.
    Eastern provinces: 10 to 15 bussines days.
    Isla de la Juventud: 18 to 21 bussines days.
    Rest of Western provinces: Pinar del Río. Provincia La Habana, Matanzas.
    Central provices: Villa Clara, Cienfuegos, Sancti Spiritus.
    Eastern provinces: are divided in two main zones, the first one having, Ciego de Aacute;vila, Camaguey and Las Tunas wich delivery timeframe is between 10 to 12 days and the second one which contains, Holguín, Granma, Santiago de Cuba and Guantánamo having a delivery timeframe between 12 to 15 days.

    The order delivery will be notified to the client 1 or 2 days after the delivery timeframe specified for each territory. In the special case that vehicles are gifted with the correct communications equipments the notification will success between 48 hours after the delivery. The buyer (customer) should be notified through email, with the information of the order delivery succeed.
    In case the order is having frozen products, the delivery will be restricted to the following provinces Pinar del Rio, La Habana, Ciudad de la Habana and Matanzas.

  • Policy of receiving the order on destination.

    Deliveries are done in a personalized way at final recipientrsquo;s home. If the beneficiary is not present at the moment the visit is done, the package will not be delivered to neighbours, friends or any other person who is not duly specified by the buyer on the order. The buyer could include a second alternative name for delivery in the case that the person stated as beneficiary is not present at the moment of the visit.

    The customer should check along with the distributor that all the products included in the bill were received. If any product is missing YOU SHOULD NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. When the customer sign the bill, not claims are accepted by the distributor.

    This site reserves the right to modify its Delivery Policy at its discretion, or against any customer if believes he/she is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting the revised Delivery Policy on Site.
